Nike product vouchers are similar to gift cards and you use them to purchase Nike products. The company dispenses vouchers for a variety of reasons, such as if you have a product that breaks during the warranty period. If you've received a Nike voucher and find yourself feeling confused about where and how to spend it, Nike provides some guidance.
Where to Use Your Voucher
Check your balance before attempting to use your voucher. Do this online by visiting the Nike gift card page, or by calling the gift card line and following the instructions. According to its website, you can only use a Nike voucher on the official Nike website, which is home to its online store, and only for orders shipping within the 50 states and the District of Columbia. Vouchers are only valid for purchasing Nike merchandise and you're able to use multiple vouchers and gift cards toward a single purchase, but you cannot purchase a gift card with a voucher. While gift cards are valid at all Nike retail stores and online, if you're using a gift card together with a product voucher on the same order, you're only able to do so on the Nike website.
How to Redeem Your Voucher
To use your voucher, visit the website and add the product of your choice to your cart. Proceed to checkout and under payment options tick the box next to the option for Nike gift card or product voucher. In the event that the total exceeds the amount of your product voucher, the system allows you to take care of the remainder with another form of payment. You may use any unused balance for a future purchase.
