Citgo offers several credit cards, all of which are serviced by CitiFinancial. Whether your Citgo card is the Plus, Platinum, Preferred or Celebrity, you can make your payments online in the same way. Paying your Citgo account online can be done in a few simple steps, and it only takes a couple of minutes to get started.

Log on to the Citgo online account portal by at www.accountonline.com/cards/svc/Login.do?siteId=CB#, or by clicking on the resource link below. Scroll down to the bottom portion of the screen and click "Register Now."

Enter your 16-digit credit card number, without spaces or dashes. Click "Continue" to enter your name and credit card billing address, and then create a username and password to access your account.

Click on "Make a Payment" on your Citgo account home page. Enter your bank account information; the system will store your account for future payments, however, you can add, modify or delete your bank accounts at any time.

Select the amount of your payment. The system will display the minimum payment required, but you can change the amount to pay extra, if desired.

Click "Pay Now" to finish. Wait for your payment to process, and then write down your confirmation number for a reference, in case there is a problem with your payment.

Warnings

Editing the "Payment Amount" column to an amount less than the minimum payment will not satisfy your monthly payment obligation; late fees, and/or charges may apply.
