Angie's List is an Internet based company that offers review services for consumers and local companies. Angie’s list requires consumers to pay subscription fees on a monthly or annual basis in order to access reviews and other offered services. The company also offers a complaint resolution system that attempts to satisfy both the consumer and service provider. If you feel dissatisfied with Angie’s List, or simply do not require the subscription any longer, you may cancel your account at any time.
Compose a letter to Angie’s list stating that you wish to discontinue your subscription. Provide any pertinent information concerning your identity and account information. Send the letter to Angie’s List, 1030 East Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46202, via First Class Certified mail.
Call the customer support hotline at 866-623-6088 and follow the automated prompts to cancel your subscription. You may also fax a request letter to 866-670-5478.

Angie’s List must receive your cancellation request one business day before the subscription renewal date.
