Telstra is an Australia telecommunications company that provides mobile phone users with pre-paid options for cell phones, texting, data access and Internet service. If you have a Telstra account, you can access your account history through their online portal, or from your cell phone.

Turn on your Telstra mobile phone and make sure you are in an area where you receive service.

Click on the "Big Pond" icon on your cell phone screen and choose "My Account."

Click on the "My Pre-Paid" option and open your account history. This will allow you to view your purchase, call, video and text history from the previous 24-hour period.

Text "#100#" and hit send on your Telstra mobile phone to access your account history through.

Access your account history through the Telstra online portal by registering for an online account. Enter your customer number and Telstra cell phone number and add your personal details such as name, email address and date of birth. Choose a username and password and agree to the Terms of service to create your account.

Log in to your online account by entering your username and password. Choose "My History" from the dashboard and view your usage history from the last 180 days.
