How to Cash in Spare Change Without Rolling It for The Bank

Do you know that there is another way to cash in your spare change without having to roll and label it all for the bank?

Gather all of your extra change that you plan to change into bills. Remember to look under the couch cushions, under the bed, in all of your pants pockets, coat pockets, and even in and around your washing machine! You can check in your car also if desired!

Choose a container and put all of the change inside of it. Use something with a lid. Sometimes this step is a little hard. You need to find a container that you can conceal at least a little instead of having it stand out when you enter the grocery store that I am getting ready to tell you about!

Call your local Food Lion stores and find out which is the closest one to your location that has a coin cashing machine! Drive there and simply empty your coins into the machine's holder, press the buttons as the machine guides you with instructions, and the machine will print you a receipt out for however much cash you are entitled to. Be sure to check the coin return for any rejected coins. Sometimes you may be able to place them in and they may go thru the second time.

Get in line at the grocery checkout and give your receipt to the cashier. She will give you the amount you are entitled to. I love these machines! No more rolling, counting, or labeling these coins and having to take them to the bank! The machine even counts for you!
