How to Cancel a Bottom Line Personal Subscription

No matter your reasons, as a Bottom Line Personal magazine subscriber you have the right to cancel at any time. To cancel your digital or print subscription, you can call or email customer service. You do get a full refund on any unmailed issues.

Over the Phone

Call a customer service representative at 1-800-274-5611. Have an issue available when you call so you can give the rep your account number. It's on the mailing label.

By Email

You can also email customer service at bottomline@emailcustomerservice.com. Include your account number or name and address and tell them you want to cancel your subscription.

Tips

  • At certain times, Bottom Line offers a free gift to subscribers. You can keep the free gift after you cancel.
